This weeks’ example:

 

Black Bird art

I Love how painterly this is. Procreate makes it easy to get that effect. It invites you in to enjoy and learn, without the mess and toxicity of real paint.

This piece with its' large bold brush strokes is really expressionistic. Each brush stroke has a particular texture and meaning. I know exactly what each represents in real life, been there! So, I can know what I am seeing in real life: scree, a bolder field, glaciers, high country vegetation...

For each or the four alignment styles listed on the front page of the worksheet:

  1. Left Justified
  2. Right Justified
  3. Justified
  4. Centered

For each or the three paragraph styles listed on the front page of the worksheet:

  1. First Line Indent
  2. Justified
  3. Text with Extra Leading

cut out one matching paragraph from a magazine and paste it in the space provided.
