This weeks' example:
I love the way that the map topography is rendered and the fine use of colors to designate the different trails.
I would keep the color key legend and also label the trail names somewhere directly on them.
The map as a whole is a bit cluttered. Too many parts. I would get rid of the photographs, make the center logo on the upper right smaller, get rid of the trail post markers (on the map) and included the "Welcome to..." notices in the legend. Also nix the inset drop shadows to integrate the legend into the map.
