This weeks' example:
This painting is beautiful...
I notice the use of vibrant warm colors in the foreground and then the pale cool colors in the distance to enhance the great depth. The solidity of the woman in white contrasts to the vibrant flowy fabric sheet, the tossing ocean waves and billowing clouds.
The sun is yellow, is still high in the sky, the rich sunset colors are actually in the flowing fabric and wet sand. A foreshadowing of an imminent future? Possibilities.
