This weeks' example:
I think of a cake's frosting to have to be perfect... smooth or have a regular texture. This is great! The frosting is the opposite: rough, irregular and GREEN!
AND it is none the less rich, luscious and delightful. Be brave and color out of the lines! Break with convention and the rules.
AND it takes skill, discipline and practice to do this. This person probably had years of experience making perfectly frosted cakes too.
