This weeks’ example:
SHAPE IS IMPORTAINT!
I used to drive by this sign on highway 101 in Marin often. It always made me smile (and lol).
Cuz' it is in the shape of a coffin! It an old-school design. Was the designer aware that it was a coffin shape, or was it an unconscious choice?
Most people don't notice or perhaps they don't care.
I do. To me it says: “Rest-in-Peace at our motel.” A strange choice? A psych? Or is it a courageous joke?
I love it either way.
