Really, it does look like there are three separate photographs that were put together in Photoshop.
NOT!
The photographer lined up the shot just right.
The straight square edges of the gray building, in the foreground, create the top right rectangle of image. Matching up its' left edge to the right edge of the brick wall creates the straight edge of the tall left rectangle of the brick wall piece of image. (The gray front building also hides the edge of the ivy growing out beyond the right corner of the brick wall, that is important.)
The bottom right image square, with the yellow trees and lights, is created by the straight square edges of other two.
