Type them into Word and put them into a text box.

    1. The first quote must be set in a SANS SERIF font
    2. The second in an OLDSYLE font
    3. The third in a MODERN font
    4. The fourth in a SLAB SERIF font
    5. The By-Line in a SCRIPT font

You choose what box colors and line width to use, but they can NOT be the defaults: Black 1/2 pt black line and no shading.
