In PowerPoint use your outline, and supplementary materials to create your presentation slides.
- TITLE—must include:
- author (you)
- date
- organization (Computer Apps. 1 Class)
- Place (Mt. Eden High School, Hayward CA)
- INTRODUCTION—1 or more slides for why this food is your favorite. Why did you chose this food?
- HISTORICAL CONTEXT/SET THE STAGE —1 or more slides to place the food in YOUR history: at what important moments in your life was this food present. How did this food influence your life. Where does this food come from, is it a traditional food from your family homeland, a recipe from one of your ancestors?
- WHAT IS IN THIS FOOD/HOW IS THIS FOOD MADE (THE RECIPE)—1 or more slides to list what makes up this food (the ingredients) and show how this food is created.
- WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THIS FOOD—1 or more slides to talk about how this food is good (or bad) for you.
- CONCLUSION—1 or more slides for your conclusion: what are the main points that you want to reinforce (that you want your audience to remember).
Your presentation must:
