Click in cell A6 and type Chris. press ENTER (return).
Type Sam, press ENTER.
Double-click cell B1 in-between the k and 1 and press the space-bar, your document should look like Figure 1 ==>
Click the column heading C. Click on the Insert button in the Home tab on the ribbon.
Distribute Week 1 in cell B1 to cell C1: click on cell B1 then click on the lower right corer of B1 and drag it to cell C1. See Figure 2 ==>
Click the row heading 5. Click on the Insert button in the Home tab on the ribbon.
Click on cell A5 and type "Quentin."
Click on cell B5 and type 4000. Distribute the value in cell B5 to cell E5: click on cell B5 then click on the lower right corner of B5 and drag it to cell E5.
Click on cell C5. Click on the arrow of the Insert button in the Home tab on the ribbon and choose Insert Cells.... In the resulting dialog box choose Shift cells down and click OK. See Figure 3 ==>
Select cells B2 to B5 and distribute them one column to the left (to C2 to C5).
In E6 type 5000.
Clear the contents of cells A7 and A8.
In A8 through A11 type:

Average
Minimum
Maximum
Click cell B8 and use AutoSum to enter a formula that will calculate the Sum of B2 to B6.
Click cell B9 and AutoSum to enter a formula that will calculate the Average of B2 to B6:
Click the AutoSum drop-down arrow and select Average. See Figure 4 ==>
Select cells B2 to B6. See Figure 5 ==>
Press Enter (the return key).
Click cell B10 and AutoSum to enter a formula that will calculate the Minimum value of B2 to B6. Follow the same procedure as for the Average formula.
Click cell B11 and AutoSum to enter a formula that will calculate the Maximum value of B2 to B6. Follow the same procedure as for the Average and Minimum formulas.
