1. Create a new Excel workbook and save it in your folder in the .xlsx format.
   
   
2. In cells A2 through A5 type:
   1. Baseballs
   2. Skis
   3. sleds
   4. Tents
      
      
3. In cells A7 through A10 type:
   1. Total
   2. Average
   3. Minimum
   4. Maximum
      
      
4. In cell B1 type: January.
   
   
5. Distribute January from cell B1 to cell G1 (January to June).
   
   
6. In cells B2 to G5 enter the numbers shown
   in Figure 1 ==>
   
   
7. Use the AutoSum functions to create formulas in cells B7 to B10 to add, average, find the smallest number (minimum) and find the largest number (Maximum) of the B column of numbers.
   
   
8. Select cells B7 to B10 and distribute the formulas from column B to column G.
   
   
9. Done, see Figure 1 ==>
