- Create a new Excel workbook and save it in your folder in the .xlsx format.
- In cells A2 through A5 type:
- Baseballs
- Skis
- sleds
- Tents
- In cells A7 through A10 type:
- Total
- Average
- Minimum
- Maximum
- In cell B1 type: January.
- Distribute January from cell B1 to cell G1 (January to June).
- In cells B2 to G5 enter the numbers shown
in Figure 1 ==>
- Use the AutoSum functions to create formulas in cells B7 to B10 to add, average, find the smallest number (minimum) and find the largest number (Maximum) of the B column of numbers.
- Select cells B7 to B10 and distribute the formulas from column B to column G.
- Done, see Figure 1 ==>
