PowerPoint YOYO: PART 3 Client

- You have a client who is coming to town for an important meeting. Your hosting your client,
who has never been to your town. Make a presentation that will prepare your client for her visit.
- Select a theme for your presentation.
- Identify where your client will be staying.
- Identify where the meeting will be held.
- Identify two or three places of interest that your client should know about in your area.
For example, places to eat, see a movie, music or a show, site seeing...
- Make a table that lays out a schedule for your client. Include when she arrives in town,
when the meeting will take place and when she will leave.
- Make an organizational chart for your client...
- Add at least one each of pictures, WordArt and Shapes to your slides.
- Including a title slide, there should be at least five slides in your presentation.
- Remember the title slide needs to have five pieces of information:
- Title.
- Name of the speakers (your name)
- Date (with auto-update)
- Place of the presentation: "Mt. Eden High School, Hayward, CA."
- Presentation sponsor: either "Computer Essentials" or "Computer Applications 1."
Add your period number.
- Check the Spelling in your slides.
- Done. SAVE YOUR DOCUMENT.
