Site & Layout Our Ideal School is to be built on the UCSC campus in the old quarry where the "Village" is now located. Instead of the university surrounding it, we imagine that there will be outlying communities similar to La Selva and parts of Watsonville. A diverse community ethnically, culturally and economically: with a considerable population of Spanish speakers. The following is the basic layout of the campus (to the right is the topographic section of the site).
